N/A spiritual wellbeing, attitude toward spiritual care providing and competency in providing spiritual care. Intervention 1: Interventions 1: In the intervention group, spiritual care education will be conducted in four sessions and each session will take three hours. Education Will be implemented in the lecture presentation and group discussion. Intervention 1: Introduction to spiritual concepts and spirituality in nursing Intervention 2: Spiritual wellbeing and the importance of it in the personal and professional life of nursing Intervention 3: Spiritual needs and spiritual care in the patients of Critical Care Units Intervention 4: Promotion of spirituality and spiritual wellbeing in nurses.
