      <i_freetext>Intervention 1: 1)The first intervention group patients after surgery in the supine position and will receive three doses of antibiotics as directed by physician and 2 Hours, 2 and 24 hours after surgery for inflammatory markers CRP, ESR, leukocytes, neutrophils will be evaluated using blood samples, as well as temperature. Intervention 2: 2)In the second intervention group patients after surgery in the supine position and will receive one dose of antibiotics as directed by their physician and 2 Hours, 2 and 24 hours after surgery for inflammatory markers CRP, ESR, leukocytes, neutrophils will be evaluated using blood samples, as well as temperature. Intervention 3: 3)In the third study, patients received three doses of antibiotics after surgery, according to the doctor and have a semi-upright position and 2 Hours, 2 and 24 hours after surgery for inflammatory markers CRP, ESR, leukocytes, neutrophils will be evaluated using blood samples, as well as temperature. Intervention 4: 4)In the fourth study, patients after surgery with a dose of antibiotics will have a semi-upright position and 2 Hours, 2 and 24 hours after surgery for inflammatory markers CRP, ESR, leukocytes, neutrophils will be evaluated using blood samples, as well as temperature.</i_freetext>

      <inclusion_criteria>Inclusion Criteria : All patients on the basis of history and physical examination and laboratory findings; the diagnosis of acute appendicitis underwent appendectomy be; People aged 10 to 50 years; Not addicted to drugs; there is no underlying disease that is caused by elevated inflammatory markers before surgery; Consent to participate in the study and blood; having full consciousness baseline; If the body's inflammatory factors in sample 2 hours before and 2 hours after surgery are higher than normal.&#13;
Exclusion Criteria : Diabetes; cancer; patients who had normal appendicitis;  Patients with a history of previous infections and antibiotic use during the past week, a history of allergy to cephalosporins; Patients receiving immunosuppressive such as corticosteroids and cytotoxic drugs or taking anti-inflammatory drugs; Patients release from the hospital earlier than 24 hours.</inclusion_criteria>
