Patients enrolled in other studies that are pregnant or with previous diabetes, hyperglycemia on admission, Body Mass Index (BMI) ≥ 30 kg/m2, hyperlipidemia, liver failure, nephrotic syndrome and any contraindication to enteral nutrition, will be excluded.
