Exclusion criteria: Lock of tendency to participate in the study, worsening the patients condition and lack of a stable condition for answering the questions and every type of clinical condition that requires a special diagnosis and treatment that local heat therapy for the patient be impossible. 18 years 100 years Both I20-I25 Ischaemic heart diseases Other N/A Intervention group: local heat therapy left anterior chest with hot pack with the tempreature of 50°C for 23 min two times a day for 2 days. control group: without intervention Chest pain. Method of measurement: Heart rate (beats/min) will be measured with cardiac monitor. Systolic pressure. Timepoint: Before and after intervention. Method of measurement: Systolic pressure (mmhg) will be measured with cardiac monitor. Diastolic pressure. Timepoint: Before and after intervention. Method of measurement: Diastolic pressure (mmhg) will be measured with cardiac monitor.
