<i_freetext>Intervention 1: In this study intervention takes place in case group in three days (each day one session for at least twenty minutes for each patient). At the first day, familiarity and appropriate therapeutic communication with the patients takes place ( calling the patients by their names, being an active listener, having eye contact, giving hope to the patients, pauses between conversations, allowing the patients for expressing feelings, giving correct information to the patients, saying clear information, being frank to the patients and summarizing the content). At the second day, patients are trained about their drug and food diet and how to control hypertension. At the third day, how to measure blood pressure will be taught and their questions will be answered, then a training manual is given to each patient. Therapeutic communication is considered in all three days. Intervention 2: The control group did not receive special care.</i_freetext>
