In B group, propofol is infused with infusion rate equals to 100µg/kg/min. Plasma concentration of propofol. Timepoint: If possible blood samples are collected at 0, 2, 5, 10, 15, 30, 45, 60 minutes during infusion and then 0, 2, 5, 10, 15, 30, 45, 60, 120, 180 minutes after the end of infusion.
