Intervention 1: This was a 3-group randomized interventional trial. control group (without education): Includs CSR staff and operating room nurse ; interventions includ: pretest( Researcher made questionnaire to assess knowledge, attitude and behavior of washing and sterilization);post tests include: after one month and two months after the test. Intervention 2: intervention group1 : Includs CSR staff and operating room nurses ; interventions includ: pretest( Researcher made questionnaire to assess knowledge, attitude and behavior of washing and sterilization);Attend in a four-hour Educational class about washing and sterilization behavior (giving lectures and educational videos); post test after one month and two months after the intervention. Intervention 3: intervention group2 : Includs CSR staff and operating room nurses ; interventions includ: pretest( Researcher made questionnaire to assess knowledge, attitude and behavior of washing and sterilization);The intervention included educational videos and booklet without attend classes ; post test after one month and two months after the intervention. It should be noted that the first and second groups in each category will be chosen randomly.
